New Titan Hotfix Deployment Completed

Weather Decision Technologies has completed rollout of a second hotfix to legacy Titan systems in use across the Southern Plains. This fix seems to be stable and enginners have verified that data is flowing properly to the deployed systems.

Unless circumstances warrant, this will be the last update on this situation provided by Weather Decision Technologies.

Customer Information Regarding Level-II Super Resolution Radar Data:

Beginning in February 2008, the National Weather Service will deploy new software to it's field offices which enable the distribution of a new high-resolution radar type known as "Super Resolution".

Weather Decision Technologies customers who currently obtain Level-II Radar data for their businesses or organization should be aware that changes to their data processing services may be required and that customers should contact their Account Representative or the Customer Support Hotline to verify their systems are ready to receive the recombined data type.

Customers Who Utilize The Unidata Local Data Manager (LDM):

Customers who receive data from Weather Decision Technologies via the Unidata Local Data Manager should be aware of important changes that are being made to WDT's LDM servers. A new set of redundant systems are currently targeted to replace all legacy LDM servers customers are currently connecting to. If your business or organization has not received notification of this change, you should contact your Account Representative or the Customer Support Hotline immediately. Technicians will assist you in making changes to retrieve data from these new servers.
